Growing up as best friends, we - Ratnesh and Raj - always found a sense of home in the authentic flavors of our kitchens. But as we grew, we noticed something missing in the modern pantry. The 'soul' of the food - the slow fermentation, the stone-grinding, the patience of traditional recipes - was being replaced by high-speed industrial shortcuts.

We founded Vaidyam to be the 'Modern Vaidya' for your family. Our name is a tribute to the ancient healers who believed that the right food is the ultimate medicine. By blending the Five Elements - Sun, Light, Water, Air, and Purity - we’ve brought the authentic, geographically confined tastes of the South to every household in the North.
