About Us

Purity is not an ingredient; it is a standard we live by.

Vaidyam

Vaidyam began with a simple conversation between two childhood friends, Mr. Ratnesh Mishra and Mr. Raj Vardhan. They shared a vision: to bridge the gap between the fast-paced modern lifestyle and the slow, deliberate authenticity of traditional Indian food.

Inspired by the "Vaidya" - the traditional healer - we believe that food is the first form of medicine. We don’t just manufacture; we curate. From our first batch of stone-ground Idli Batter to our sun-inspired Ghee and handcrafted Spices, every product is an invitation to experience the "Prana" (life force) of nature. What started as a mission to bring the authentic soul of South Indian cuisine to North India has grown into a movement to bring holistic healing to every common household in the country.

Our Mission

To dissolve geographical boundaries through taste by providing every Indian household access to authentic, traditional, and chemical-free food that honors the elements of nature - Sun, Light, Water, Air, and Purity.

Our Vision

To become India’s most trusted "Modern Vaidya," where every meal consumed is a step toward holistic healing, proving that the most authentic taste is always found in the lap of nature.
